The 79th CMEF Spring Expo: Digital Healthcare Reconstructs the Future of Health
From April 11 to 14, 2018, the China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF) was held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center with the theme of "Digital Medical Era". This exhibition brought together more than 4,100 exhibitors from 21 countries around the world, with an exhibition area of more than 220,000 square meters, attracting 200,000 professional visitors, becoming the largest medical industry chain event in the Asia-Pacific region.
1. Scale and International Highlights
First-time New Products Explosion: More than 600 global and Asia-Pacific first-time products were unveiled, covering cutting-edge fields such as AI imaging, wearable devices, and 3D printing.
National Pavilions Gathered: International pavilions from the United States, Germany, Israel and other countries competed on the same stage, and Norwegian Minister of Health Bengt Hoyer and other dignitaries attended the opening ceremony.

Digital Healthcare Solutions
GE Healthcare launched "Asset Cloud Butler" to achieve cloud management of 14,000 devices, and improve operation and maintenance efficiency by 10%;
Siemens Healthcare demonstrated AI imaging system, and stroke screening efficiency increased by 50%.
The rise of domestic power
Mindray released the world's fastest biochemical immunology assembly line "Tianhe SAL 9000", which was jointly unveiled by Chinese and American experts;
United Imaging launched the first domestic PET-CT, breaking the monopoly of high-end imaging.
III. Breakthroughs in sub-sectors
Chronic disease management: Sanno's "Minute Clinic" detects multiple indicators in 5 minutes, setting off a wave of experience;
Respiratory therapy: Hepule's sleep apnea machine is equipped with IoT cloud technology to achieve real-time analysis of treatment data;
First aid equipment: Yuyue oxygen generator dynamically monitors blood oxygen, and its intelligent design leads the home market.
2018CMEF uses digitalization as an engine to demonstrate the dual-track development of accelerated domestic substitution and global technology integration, setting a milestone for the transformation of the medical industry.
